The successful candidate will also assist the academic team with additional responsibilities, contributing to the overall excellence of the program.We are looking for a creative individual with strong culinary skills, a positive and engaging personality, and a genuine drive for excellence.Duties and Responsibilities1. Teaching and Student SupportEnsure the highest quality student experience by:Delivering teaching across practical sessions, demonstrations, and technical classes as required Fulfilling the institutes responsibilities regarding student admission, instruction, progress, and assessment Providing pastoral support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey Adhering to all institutional regulations, policies, and procedures 2. Programme DevelopmentRefresh and develop new programmes to attract diverse student cohorts and expand into new markets 3. Research ResponsibilitiesMaintain the highest standards of quality, integrity, and ethical practice in all research activities Foster a dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking research environment for both staff and students 4. Knowledge Transfer and EngagementIdentify and develop opportunities for knowledge transfer to generate additional income streams and expand teaching and research activities Contribute to institute-wide initiatives that enhance understanding and communication of knowledge transfer activities Ensure all activities meet the highest standards, with appropriate evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes in place 5. Academic and Professional DevelopmentActively contribute to the development of academic and research standing through continuous professional growth, industry engagement, and scholarly activity
