A reputable full-service law firm is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join its Corporate Services team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys corporate maintenance work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.Responsibilities:Maintain corporate records, minute books, and database systemsPrepare, organize, and file corporate documents, including tracking executed materialsAssist with share certificates, corporate file openings, and record closingsUpdate directors, officers, and shareholders registersDraft correspondence, report materials, and basic corporate resolutionsConduct corporate searches and assist with filingsMonitor deadlines and maintain organized electronic and physical filesQualifications3-5 years of experience in corporate law within a law firm environmentFamiliarity with corporate database systemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of documentationExcellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced settingProfessional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approachProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteLegal Assistant Diploma or equivalent education is considered an asset
