Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in hardscape or landscape construction, particularly in large commercial projects. Must have strong constructing estimating/bidding experience, preparing, submitting, presenting, and winning contracts. Proven track record of managing teams and projects with budgets exceeding $1M. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape. Ability to read blueprints and work with architects and engineers. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
