Position Summary The Software Implementation Consultant will act as the principal liaison with customers to implement best practices, optimise workflows, and drive business outcomes in longterm and postacute care settings. The role involves leading business discovery, configuration, data quality, training, and change management, with up to 30% travel to customer sites. Key Responsibilities Lead project as the principal implementation liaison, documenting customer requirements and translating technical specifications into configuration and business processes. Conduct detailed business discovery, develop recommendations, and define delivery approach to drive outcomes. Translate technical requirements into system configuration. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across customer databases. Validate the implementation plan, manage stakeholder communication, and troubleshoot configuration issues. Maintain training databases with new product releases and best practices. Suggest configuration improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with excellent communication and collaboration. Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays for exceptional customer experience. Lead, influence, advise, and support customer changemanagement strategies, including user readiness and acceptance plans. Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings. Develop and maintain product expertise across multiple offerings. Travel to customer sites to lead and present meetings when required. Required Experience Postsecondary education in business or technology (preferred). Excellent communication, organisational, and collaboration skills. At least 24+ years in a software implementation or consulting role, with experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing, and enduser support. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Attention to detail and quality validation process adherence. Consulting experience within a software organisation performing workflow analysis and recommending operational improvements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing milestones and objectives efficiently and on time. Accountability for project delivery and a proactive, resultsoriented, cando attitude. Healthcare market experience (preferred). Benefits & Compensation Canadian base salary range: $80,000 $89,000 + bonus + benefits.
