Job Summary We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager based at the Milton Office and covering Ontarios Southwestern region. Job Responsibilities Reporting to the VicePresident, Sales, the Customer Experience Manager will be mainly responsible for leading the Customer Experience team to ensure Customer Satisfaction through the development, implementation and execution of Sales policies and procedures. More specifically, the manager will directly supervise 3 Customer Experience Coordinators and a total of about 10 team members, including Dispatchers and Customer Experience Representatives located in Milton, Bolton, Cambridge and Woodstock. The manager is responsible for staffing, coaching, developing and training the team to deliver superior service in the areas of order taking; logistics and transportation; contract management; inventory control; pricing, contact and customer information; and databases. The manager will also ensure constructive relationships with the sales, production and planning teams.
