This is Luigi at its most direct form familiar, comforting, and generous. No extras, no complications. Just good pasta, served well. Even in a quick-service setting, the goal remains the same: to create a moment of connection through food and hospitality. Were looking for a Chef / Store Manager to lead the team with both heart and standards. In this role, youll be responsible for both the kitchen and the day-to-day operations of the space. This is a role for someone who understands how to balance quality with speed and who believes that developing people is just as important as developing plates.
