About the role: Were not looking for someone to just manage a funnel; were looking for a builder. As Centahs first Demand Generation Manager, youre stepping into a greenfield environment. Youll be the architect of our growth engine, defining the benchmarks and building the systems that generate cold interest and convert it into a highintent pipeline. This is a highautonomy, handson role. Youll develop the roadmap, but also be executing on the vision. Writing copy, designing assets, and launching the campaigns. What youll do: - Own the top of the funnel. Youll design and execute multichannel campaigns that dont just generate noise, but drive real revenue. - Measure and adapt. Not every idea will be a winner; youll measure outcomes, reflect on strategy and iterate in order to succeed. - Were building for the future. Youll leverage AI (Gemini, N8N, etc.) at every step to automate the mundane and scale your impact. - Work closely with Business Development to build targeted prospect profiles and personalized plays for our most valuable opportunities. - Bridge the gap between marketing and sales by developing pitch decks and collateral that actually help close deals. - Create and ship content that positions Centah as a leader in our space. What youll need to succeed: - 35 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation. - A revenue mindset. You know that impressions and clicks are vanity metrics. You care about SQLs and closedwon deals. - You are a FullStack marketer and are comfortable wearing multiple hats. - AIFirst: You arent just comfortable with AI; youre excited to see how far you can push it to work smarter and faster. - A highly creative, actionoriented mindset with the perseverance to build processes from scratch. - Experience in a startup environment.
