Youll work crossfunctionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendor partners to bring programs, promotions, and product strategies to life.If youre motivated by impact, energized by collaboration, and looking to grow your career within a global technology distributor, this is your opportunity.**What Youll Do** **Partner & Customer Engagement*** Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with reseller partners and customers, serving as a trusted point of contact for consultations and ongoing support.* Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads and pipeline opportunities to drive engagement and close business.* Profile partner accounts, expand relationships beyond primary contacts, and actively participate in customer account planning and reviews.**Business Development & Vendor Growth*** Collaborate with Vendor Business Managers (VBMs) and assigned vendors to design and execute joint growth initiatives, including business plans, promotions, and sales programs.* Research market trends, customer segments, and performance metrics to identify highvalue opportunities and inform targeting strategies.* Track, manage, and advance vendor pipeline opportunities through the full sales cycle, ensuring timely followup and accurate reporting.**Product & Program Enablement*** Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned vendor products, programs, pricing, and availability across internal systems.* Deliver product training, sales plays, and enablement sessions for sales teams and partner audiences to build mindshare and accelerate revenue.* Support new product introductions, assortment changes, and product lifecycle activities, including forecasting and SKU maintenance.**CrossFunctional Collaboration & Execution*** Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Vendor stakeholders to support promotions, pricing, rebates, MDF, and marketing claims.* Lead or support customer-facing meetings, assortment proposals, line reviews, and industry events as needed.* Prepare regular reports, track action items, manage deadlines, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.**What Were Looking For*** 13 years of experience in business development, sales support, product management support, or a related role (35 years preferred for retail or distribution environments).* High school diploma required; college diploma / certificate in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.* Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and partner enablement concepts.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and collaborate with diverse audiences.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint); comfort learning new systems and technology.* Strong organizational, timemanagement, and problemsolving skills, with high attention to detail and followthrough.* Experience working with vendors, rebate programs, MDF, pricing support, or claims processes.* Exposure to retail, consumer electronics, distribution, ERP, or product information systems.* Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive insights and continuous improvement.Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. Suivre, grer et faire progresser les occasions du pipeline fournisseurs tout au long du cycle de vente complet, en assurant un suivi opportun et des rapports prcis.**Habilitation des produits et des programmes**Agir titre dexpert en la matire (SME) pour les produits fournisseurs assigns, les programmes, la tarification et la disponibilit dans les systmes internes. Offrir de la formation sur les produits, des argumentaires de vente et des sances dhabilitation aux quipes de vente et aux partenaires afin daccrotre la notorit et dacclrer les revenus.
