What Were Looking For - Minimum of 1 year of FOH experience. - Able to take feedback positively and grow as a leader. - Practice and execute equal, inclusive and diverse leadership. - Good people skills. - Excellent problemsolving, independent thinking. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Good knowledge of Toast and Microsoft Office, proficient with email. - Effective communication skills. - A natural appetite to help others succeed and grow. - Ability to share knowledge and skills with your team. - Exhibit positive floor leadership. - Fill in for your team and step up if coverage is lacking. - Organizational and timemanagement skills. - Ability to delegate to staff and supervisors. - Valid driver's license. - Enjoy being happy and having fun. #J-18808-Ljbffr
