Opportunity Overview Were looking for a driven individual to join our Alberta business. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will provide candidate sourcing and recruitment management for a range of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Attend client briefings with the Regional Director (when possible) for job intakes - Write and post positions through a variety of online platforms - Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies - Proactively headhunt and source candidates through a variety of methods, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and direct sourcing from target companies - Represent clients and proactively sell opportunities to prospective candidates - Interview and screen candidates diligently, assessing cultural and technical fit - Create and present candidate profiles for client review - Manage and coordinate interviews for both candidates and clients - Exercise strong control and risk awareness throughout the recruitment process - Manage multiple job assignments and candidate sourcing processes effectively What Were Looking For: Essential Experience: - Minimum 4 years of recruitment agency experience - Proven track record of fulfilment, ideally focused on at least one of the following sectors: construction management, civil, electrical or mechanical construction, engineering, or architecture - Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus Qualities: - Highly motivated and ambitious, with a desire to earn commissions - Strong sense of urgency - Focus on quality and accuracy, including being well-organized - Communicate confidently and enjoy interacting with people - Proactive, with a good sense of personal accountability Benefits: - Competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure paid monthly. - Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision). - Up to 20 days PTO plus public holidays. - Remote/hybrid work model - Eligibility for our annual incentive trip. - Career progression via a variety of routes: account management, business development, and team leadership If youre ready to take the next step in your career and make a significant impact in the growth of our Alberta business, apply now to join our team at Taylor Ryan!
