Be part of the electric vehicle movement as a Field Service Technician. Focus on diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing vehicle performance while providing exceptional service. In this role, you will manage service activities for local electric vehicles. Responsibilities include evaluating systems through Remote Monitoring data, executing repairs, and collaborating with customers to enhance service delivery. You will also document all service activities and interact with third-party service providers to ensure seamless resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicles at a systemic level Record all service activities accurately Communicate effectively with customers and vendors Work on charging infrastructure logistics with site managers Support training for Maintenance and Operators Requirements: High School Diploma; technical education preferred 1+ years in automotive or electrical industries Proficient in using MS Office Suite Valid 310T or 310TS certification necessary Strong communication and problem-solving skills Empower electric vehicle advancements through dedicated field service and exceptional customer engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
