Lead a dynamic echocardiography lab as a Charge Sonographer. Oversee operations, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of patient care in a world-class cardiovascular program. Your leadership will significantly impact the effectiveness of a prominent cardiac center, where you''ll manage day-to-day operations and ensure quality patient assessments. This role involves fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, guiding team development, and implementing process enhancements. You will also participate in educational initiatives that foster continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and workload distribution Mentor and coach staff for a collaborative atmosphere Improve lab processes and operational effectiveness Ensure strict quality assurance protocols are followed Convey important updates and information to staff Requirements: At least three years of echocardiography experience Preferred prior supervisory experience C.P.I. program completion with Adult Echocardiography focus Level II B.C.L.S. certification required Valid registration with CMRITO and/or ARDMS needed Drive excellence in patient care and operational management within a leading echocardiography laboratory setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
