Overview Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate Reports To: Store Manager Location: Square One Shopping Centre, Mississauga ON Salary: $17.60/hr + commission Requirements: 32-40hr/week availability Responsibilities Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process. Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice. Consistently achieve all key business metrics Offer a best-in-class customer experience Participate in documented coaching conversations Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk Complete all required training modules and tasks Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Be Ready To initiate conversations with mall traffic To change and adapt in a fast-paced environment Be Real Be your genuine self Approach each customer in a unique and personalized way Be Great Invested in personal and professional growth and development Open to feedback and coaching Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset Benefits Full time hours (32-40hrs/week) Competitive salary AND uncapped commission structure 50% of your monthly wireless plan Rewards & Recognition, based on monthly and quarterly performance Group benefits package Dedicated training and coaching to help you reach your goals Physical Job Requirements Ability to lift 30-50 pounds Ability to stand for extensive periods of time Equal Opportunity Employer WOW! mobile boutique is an equal opportunity employer.
