Additional Information This is a unionized role This is a fulltime opportunity at Sunridge Branch This role requires Wednesday evening & Saturday shifts on a rotating basis This role is based out of the Sunridge branch, but on occasion may be required to travel to neighbouring branches. Accountabilities Proactively engage with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals, providing tailored solutions and guidance. Skillfully introduce and educate clients on our digital banking tools and platforms, empowering them to manage their finances with ease. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues efficiently. Adhere to best practices, policies, and regulations, accurately processing transactions and maintaining the security of branch assets. Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment. Skills, Experience & Requirements Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others. Adaptable to change, with strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills. Grade 12 graduate (postsecondary business courses an asset) and strong numerical aptitude. Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
