Become a crucial part of the project operations as a Project Administrator. Support the Tristar Electric Team with document management, invoicing, and organizational tasks. In this position, you will work under the Project Manager and assist with various administrative duties. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate records, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication across the team. Proficiency in MS Office is key to thriving in this role. Key Responsibilities: Learn and execute organizational policies and procedures Organize and maintain data tracking systems Control site documents and images Manage time entries and supplier billing processes Assist in project documentation and filing Requirements: Prior administrative experience in the construction sector preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information discreetly Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload Strong MS Office skills; experience with SAP is a bonus Leverage your administrative expertise to enhance project efficiency and success in the utilities sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
