Job Description Reporting to the Candidate Experience Team Leader, this role offers the opportunity to support and engage with all prospects and candidates throughout their journey to join the Australian Defence Force. As a Candidate Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience for candidates as they move through the application process. Acting as a key point of contact, you will communicate with candidates across multiple channels, providing clear, accurate and supportive information at every stage. You will guide candidates through their application, assist with completion, and respond to questions in a timely and professional manner. A strong attention to detail is essential, ensuring all information provided is correct and consistent with policy and process. Above all, you will maintain an excellent standard of service, ensuring each candidate feels informed, supported and valued throughout their journey.
