Ce que vous ferez : Diriger lanalyse et la modlisation des donnes de consommation nergtique des btiments laide de rgressions linaires et dautres modles proposs par lIPMVP et la directive ASHRAE 14. Superviser la collecte de donnes de rfrence et postinstallation, incluant les tendances provenant des systmes dautomatisation des btiments, les mesures sur le terrain, les enregistreurs de donnes et les tests de performance. Utiliser des logiciels tels que Trace 3D pour crer des modles reprsentatifs des sites (diffrents des modles statistiques) et utiliser les donnes fournies pour calculer les conomies lchelle de btiments individuels et de portefeuilles. valuer les risques de performance de projets, analyser les calculs dconomies, interprter les tendances dans les donnes de consommation dnergie et analyser les plans finaux de M&V. Gnrer des rapports dconomies mis jour rgulirement et examiner ceux prpars par vos pairs. Communiquer les rsultats de vos calculs aux parties prenantes concernes de faon rapide et par divers canaux de communication. Offrir une assistance technique lors de lexamen continu des donnes provenant des systmes de gestion de lnergie, incluant le dpannage, les diagnostics et lanalyse des conomies dnergie. Assurer une visibilit continue sur les projets et identifier rapidement ceux dont la performance est faible, en informant les parties prenantes laide de rapports et autres canaux appropris. Rsoudre les problmes des sites faible performance et collaborer avec les quipes concernes pour laborer un plan damlioration. Dvelopper des mthodes de travail standard et des systmes visant amliorer la qualit et lefficacit des processus internes. Extraire, manipuler et prsenter des rsultats issus de grandes quantits de donnes laide de diverses applications, internes ou externes. Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour russir : Diplme minimal BSME ou quivalent dans un domaine li lanalyse de donnes, la modlisation et la modlisation gnrale : gnie mcanique, gnie du btiment, mathmatiques, etc. Connaissance des principes du CVAC et familiarit de base avec lquipement CVAC. 1 2 ans dexprience en analyse/modlisation de donnes et en application de principes statistiques. Matrise de la programmation en Python (prfre). Connaissance de R et SQL. Exprience pralable en M&V avec IPMVP ASHRAE Guideline 14 (un atout). Possession des titres CEM, EMIT et/ou CMVP (atout important). Capacit travailler sous pression et grer des priorits multiples. Excellentes habilets de communication. laise dinteragir avec plusieurs personnes de divers services et dexpliquer patiemment les rsultats selon les besoins des parties prenantes. Capacit dadaptation. Exigences linguistiques : Le bilinguisme franais-anglais est requis. En plus de la matrise du franais, les candidats retenus doivent avoir une matrise professionnelle complte de l''anglais afin de soutenir et de collaborer avec des clients, collgues et/ou divers intervenants anglophones. English Follows What you will do: Lead the analysis and modelling of building energy consumption data using linear regressions and other models proposed by IPMVP and ASHRAE GUIDELINE 14. Supervise baseline and post-installation data collection, including trend data from building automation systems, field measurements, data loggers, and performance tests. Use software including Trace 3D to create representative models of sites (different from the statistical models), and leverage the data provided to calculate savings on individual buildings as well as portfolios. Evaluate project performance risk, analyze savings calculations, interpret patterns in energy consumption data, and review final M&V plans. Generate regularly updated savings reports and review those prepared by your peers. Communicate the results of your calculations to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner through multiple communication channels. Provide technical assistance with ongoing review of data from energy management systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and energy savings analysis. Maintain visibility on projects and identify poorly performing projects early on to the relevant stakeholders through the use of reports and other appropriate channels. Troubleshoot sites with poor performance and work with relevant teams to create a performance improvement plan. Develop standard work and systems to improve quality and efficiency of internal processes. Pull, manipulate, and present results on large quantities of data through various applications, both internally developed and externally available. What you will need to be successful Minimum BSME or equivalent degree in related area of study pertaining to data analysis, modelling, and general modelling: mechanical engineering, building engineering, mathematics, etc. Knowledge of HVAC principles and basic familiarity with HVAC equipment. 1-2 years'' experience with data analysis/modelling and the application of statistical principles. Proficiency programming in Python preferred. Familiarity with R and SQL. Prior experience in M&V with IPMVP - ASHRAE GUIDELINE 14 is preferred. Possession of CEM, EMIT and/or CMVP titles is a strong asset. Ability to work well under pressure and handle competing priorities. Excellent communicator. Comfortable interacting with multiple individuals from various departments to patiently explain results in different ways depending on the stakeholders involved. Adaptable. Procedures change and its important that the candidate be eager and willing to adapt to new/updated procedures and processes as needed. Language Requirements French-English bilingualism is required. In addition to fluency in French, successful candidates must have full professional proficiency in English in order to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or various stakeholders.
