Our team is committed to professional growth and creating a supportive work environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Log Haul Foreman based in Whitecourt, AB. The Log Haul Foreman will oversee the daily field operations of hauling logs, managing teams, maintaining schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating maintenance and operation of heavy equipment. Responsibilities include communication with team members, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in operating and supervising Heavy Equipment and performing related tasks. Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members, management, and clients. Practical Carpentry skills for on-site adjustments and repairs as needed. Experience with Maintenance of vehicles and equipment used in hauling operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Working knowledge of forestry operations and safety regulations is a plus. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.
