Position Summary We are looking for a successful sales and channel management professional with strong work ethic and customer relationship skills. Candidates must think outside the box to create value for our channel partners and clients. You will lead and collaborate with a dynamic team, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty of client referral sources and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities - Work with the Business Development Director to identify and develop client leads throughout the sales process. - Prepare offers of services, RFPs and documentation for new and potential client leads. - Deliver inperson and virtual presentations to potential clients. - Develop business relationships with brokers, consultants, and other channel partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty of client referral sources. - Network in the community and attend events to leverage market awareness for our solutions. - Assist in the development of promotional and marketing strategies by identifying client needs. - Identify and develop relationships with new and current partners to achieve sales market growth. - Respond promptly to the needs of clients, brokers, consultants and partners. Qualifications - University degree in business or marketing. - Experience in the Groups Benefits sector, Employee Assistance Programs industry and/or HR solutions is a strong asset. - 5 years of stable and successful B2B sales or key account management experience. - Proven sales track record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fastpaced environment. - Desire for a longterm professional career. - Superb presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations in person or virtually to groups. - Capable of adapting sales strategies to current trends, market demands and company goals. - Disciplined, passionate, and able to build, expand and solidify professional relationships with brokers, consultants and partners. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external customers. - Effective time management, organization and prioritization skills. - Bilingual in French and English (strong asset). - Advanced knowledge of English required for regular interaction with external parties and internal stakeholders. Salary Range $59,400 $109,400. Actual total compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, performance and experience. Compensation packages will be tailored to the candidates experience level and expertise.
