Job Description

Product Manager - Generics Portfolio Location: Montreal, Canada This role will lead the strategy and management of a generics drug portfolio, overseeing the full product lifecycle from portfolio selection through launch and retirement. Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned portfolio, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. - Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from portfolio selection to product launch, commercialization, and eventual retirement. - Lead the development and execution of gotomarket plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions. - Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional campaigns. - Monitor product performance through preestablished KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. - Serve as the product expert, presenting initiatives and engaging the sales team. - Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership. - Liaise with Supply Chain to minimize negative impact of disruption. - Perform additional duties as required by the business. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline. - 7+ years of successful and relevant experience leading similar product portfolios in Canada. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential, with demonstrated excellence in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of the Canadian generic pharmaceutical landscape, including market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends. - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical portfolio management practices related to the Canadian environment (regulatory, compliance, etc.) is ideal. - Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fastpaced environment. - Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking. - Knowledge of IQVIA data and its different datasets. - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. - Proactive, selfmotivated, and able to work independently. - Ability and willingness to learn new processes, software and systems. - Great work ethic and positive attitude. - High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications. Benefits Base salary range: $100,960 - $126,200 annually. Base pay may vary based on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
