We are currently seeking experienced Autobody Technicians for our clients in ON. We have positions in Bolton, New Market, Aurora, Scarborough, Toronto, Markham, etc. This is a full-time permanent position and relocation will be covered if required.You will be paid between $25-$28 per hour flat rate, with up to 100 hours per week. Candidates may be eligible for a car allowance.Responsibilities:Support repair planner with vehicle tear down & advise on repair standards and proceduresComplete body & frame repairs on damaged vehicles, adhering to OEM repair & safety standardsTest drive vehicles for proper handlingReplace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody componentsFile, grind and sand body surfaces to be repairedHammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammersRepair or replace interior componentsRepair or replace damaged windows, windshields and sunroofsStraighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipmentCapture in-progress photos of repairs to justify repairs to insurance partnersParticipate in production meetings, provide input and feedback to support team successMaintain all tools and equipment, keep the workplace clean and organizedQualifications:Must have Red Seal or Journeyman certificationI-CAR certification is an assetMust possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving historyThank you for your interest in the role, however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview.
