Goh Ballet is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for its location in Vancouver, BC (Full-Time, Onsite).Goh Ballet Academy, one of Canadas pre-eminent ballet training institutions with an internationally recognized reputation for excellence, is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator for our Vancouver location.Established in 1978 and now under the direction of Chan Hon Goh, former Principal Dancer of The National Ballet of Canada, we are dedicated to bringing exceptional dance experiences to the widest audience and supporting talent in realizing their full potential.General OverviewWe are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who can manage multiple responsibilities, support organizational systems, and assist in implementing strategies. You are thoughtful, trustworthy, resilient, flexible, and ready to contribute meaningfully to Goh Ballets mission and operations.Post-secondary degree in a related field (Business Administration, Arts Administration, Communications) or equivalent experience3+ years in a similar administrative or support roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office 365, G-Suite; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an assetCreative, innovative problem-solving skills and initiativeFlexible, adaptable, detail-focused work styleStrong customer service mindset and professional presentation skillsProven ability to manage conflicting deadlinesInterest in growing with Goh Ballet and taking on increasing responsibilityExperience in dance, ballet, or within the arts and culture industry considered an assetDuties and ResponsibilitiesProject and Administrative SupportProvide full administrative services including communications, registrations, invoicing, word processing, travel arrangements, correspondence handling, and confidential filingDraft letters and documents; conduct research and manage information flowSupport systems-building through strong organizational and time-management skillsPrepare budgets, reconcile finances, and track income and expensesAssist with data entry, registrations, invoicing, and documentationContribute to annual recruitment and retention efforts, events, presentations, productions, and communications (e-blasts, monthly e-news)Support the wardrobe department, bridging artistic and administrative needsManage special projects such as examination entries and cross-department coordinationOperations and Facilities ManagementOversee facility hygiene, safety, cleaning, maintenance, and asset trackingManage meeting preparation, room bookings, equipment setup, and refreshmentsAssist with IT infrastructure including hardware, software, network, security, and troubleshootingMaintain vendor relationshipsSalary and BenefitsSalary: $50,000.00+ (dependent on experience)Paid vacation, wellness package, sick days, and time-in-lieuStart Date: ImmediateHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to apply via LinkedIn.
