About Our Client: Our client is a global leader in executive search. Position Scope:The Project Coordinator provides support by managing the progress of multiple projects from start to finish. Ideally you are currently working in a professional service, event management and/or executive search firm or are providing administrative support at the senior level. If you are looking to develop your skills further and join a company where you can add value, then this could be the opportunity for you.Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure every client and candidate receive exceptional serviceManage all client facing material (i.e. creation of candidate reports, briefing documents, interview guides and proposals templates)Assist in the publishing of client approved advertisements on the company website Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetingsProactively manage multiple projects by consistently tracking information through Salesforce database and reporting tools using a high degree of analytical skills and attention to detail Manage on-site client interviews (preparing printed materials, board room preparation, catering and other duties as required)Coordinate reference/background checks with external vendors and compile final report for client Support and track business development opportunities Book travel for candidates, clients and supporting partners as neededPrepare detailed expense reports for partners and candidates, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionRequired Skills and Knowledge:Analytical and research skillsAbility to challenge respectfullyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong English language communication skills both written and verbal would be preferredEducation and Experience:University/college graduate with minimum of 3-5 years related administrative experience Administration expertise in supporting senior executives (ideally in a professional services environment) exercising good judgment and a calm demeanour Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Salesforce would be an assetAI Disclosure: AI will not be used in the recruitment process.Vacancy Disclosure: This is to fill an existing vacancy.
