The open requisition is for a Site Supervisor to join the team in the Toronto area. Your new roleAs the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing al site construction activities from start to finish on ground-up ICI construction projects. You will ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project drawings and to spec, adhering to all building codes. The Site Supervisor will direct contractors, sub-contractors and other trades accordingly, and monitor all project progress, identify any delays and implement any solutions to maintain construction timelines. They will adhere to quality standards and conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials while maintaining accurate site documentation. The Site Supervisor will conduct site safety meetings and ensure that all parties are compliant with health and safety regulations and company policies. What youll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a Site Superintendent / Site Supervisor delivering industrial, commercial, and or institutional construction projects from start to finish. You will bring a solid understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and site logistics, along with the ability to lead crews and subcontractors in a fastpaced environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive leadership style, and a commitment to safety are essential. Proficiency with construction management software and general site reporting tools is expected, along with relevant safety certifications.
