Make a difference this summer as a Day Camp Counsellor in Parry Sound, ON. Engage with campers, lead activities, and ensure a safe and fun environment every day. The YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka is looking for enthusiastic individuals to become Day Camp Counsellors. This role involves supervising a group of up to 10 campers, delivering programming, and fostering emotional and physical well-being. Successful candidates should enjoy working with children and be willing to commit to varying shifts from morning to evening as needed. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in engaging camp programs daily Ensure camper safety and well-being at all times Provide exceptional customer service to campers and parents Manage administrative tasks, including paperwork Promote inclusivity for all children in your care Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old Standard First Aid and CPR C certification Experience working with children Criminal Record Check for those 18+ Strong commitment to safety and ethical standards Bring your creativity and energy to support the growth of young campers at the YMCA! #J-18808-Ljbffr
