Toronto, ON, Canada | Full-time Job Reference: 14261 - Posted 29-Apr-2026 Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. - Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience. - Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, aligning with organizational objectives. - Oversee the implementation of supply chain technologies and systems to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals and financial targets. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. - Manage budgets for supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial accountability. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain team, promoting best practices and industry standards. Qualifications - 3+ Years of experience in services procurement, supply chain, or similar role. - Advanced proficiency in or knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, for managing supply chain operations. - Knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract management software, such as Coupa or Ariba, for vendor management and procurement. Base pay range for this position is 67,048 89,397 CAD per year.
