Drive residential construction success as an Assistant Superintendent. Collaborate closely with the Superintendent to coordinate daily site operations, focusing on quality finishes and safety compliance. In this role, you will assist in managing site logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Your primary goal is to ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. Regular inspections and safety assessments will be crucial to maintaining a compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily construction activities Coordinate subcontractors for efficient job performance Monitor schedule adherence and completion Oversee logistics, including material management Inspect work for quality and specification compliance Requirements: 5+ years in a construction role, ideally in residential Experience on high-rise projects is preferred Red Seal Certificate as an asset Degree or certification in a relevant field preferred OSHA or other related certifications are a plus Ensure residential construction excellence through effective site management, quality assurance, and safety compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
