Your New CompanyYou will be working for a local property management company with a portfolio of retail properties across Alberta and the US. Due to a branching off from the parent company, they are building out a new team and need a Property ManagerYour New RoleYou will report into the Owner and be responsible for supporting 5 retail sites across AB & the US (approximately 400,000 sq ft). You will be responsible for overseeing the entire portfolio, managing budgets, tenant communications, PO's, invoicing, reports, tendering/contractors and overseeing TI/CapX projects.. This position will require some travel up to Edmonton from time to time and once or twice a year to the USWhat You'll Need to SucceedYou will ideally have 3+ years experience as an APM/PM. Experience leading/managing a team is preferred but not essential. Experience in retail is highly desirable but office and industrial experience will also be considered. You must be comfortable with creating budgets, overseeing capital projects and liaising with vendors and contractors. You must be comfortable with the travel aspect of the role and ideally have experience with Yardi.What You Will Get in ReturnYou will receive a base salary of up to $105,000, bonus, benefits, 3 weeks vacation and a host of other perks.
