This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in analytics, project management, and business analysis within a collaborative setting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct process discovery sessions with stakeholders across operations, finance, HR, and technology teamsDocument current-state (As-Is) workflows and design optimized future-state (To-Be) processesDevelop BPMN diagrams, process maps, flowcharts, and detailed automation requirement documentsMaintain and support prioritization of the automation opportunity backlogWrite clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for automation initiativesTrack and report on automation impact metrics, including time savings, error reduction, and cost avoidanceAct as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarityIdentify opportunities for process improvement and increased automation adoptionRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldUp to 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operationsProficiency with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar)Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder interviewing and documentationAbility to manage competing priorities and maintain a structured requirements backlogNice to HaveFamiliarity with BPMN 2.0, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologiesExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or NotionConceptual understanding of automation technologies (RPA, API integrations, AI-driven workflows)CBAP, CCBA, or entry-level Business Analysis certification'We are an equal opportunity employer committed to employment equity utilizing hiring practices on merit and business needs.
