Become an Assistant Director of Programming and lead impactful youth engagement initiatives at camp. Your design and facilitation of therapeutic activities will directly support childrens mental health and social growth in a welcoming environment. This leadership role merges creativity and compassion as you collaborate with the Camp Director and oversee Program Supervisors. You will ensure campers receive safe, structured programming that encourages personal development while honoring their diverse backgrounds. Transform the camp experience by developing inclusive programming aligned with camper needs and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Directly supervise, support, and evaluate Program Supervisors Develop engaging and goal-oriented therapeutic programming Manage the logistics and scheduling of all camp activities Ensure adherence to safety protocols and camp policies Provide feedback and support to all program staff regularly Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Proven experience in teaching and recreation programming Current police record check with vulnerable sector screening Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR C Aptitude for interacting respectfully with diverse groups Lead with purpose and creativity, making a meaningful difference in the lives of youth during their camp journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
