Your design and facilitation of therapeutic activities will directly support childrens mental health and social growth in a welcoming environment. This leadership role merges creativity and compassion as you collaborate with the Camp Director and oversee Program Supervisors. You will ensure campers receive safe, structured programming that encourages personal development while honoring their diverse backgrounds. Transform the camp experience by developing inclusive programming aligned with camper needs and objectives.
