We're looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who naturally shares their passion for customer service with others. This person is generous with his or her time and willing to listen. Availability required: Flexible availability for morning (7:00 AM 3:00 PM) and evening (3:00 PM 11:00 PM) shifts, including weekdays and weekends. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Coordinate the daily operations of the dining room, meeting rooms and bar and ensure that our high service standards are consistently maintained. - Supervise, advise and motivate team members in the performance of their duties and their development. - Plan staffing, resource and stock management to ensure optimum quality levels. - Regularly inspect service areas to ensure that our sense of aesthetics is everywhere, and that all health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations are respected. - Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of catering activities, including individual and group reservations.
