Join Canlin Energy as an HSE Advisor, an essential role in enhancing safety and compliance in Alberta South's oil and gas operations. This field-based position involves proactive strategies for regulatory alignment and safety culture improvement. As an HSE Advisor, you'll report to the HSE Manager while directly supporting Production Operations and Well Operations. Your responsibilities include advising and coaching field teams, conducting safety training, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Regular travel to field sites is key to sustaining Canlin Energys high safety performance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies Advise field operations on HSE requirements Conduct safety training and workshops Facilitate incident investigations and corrective actions Lead site inspections and monitor safety performance Requirements: Intermediate experience in Health and Safety legislation Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation (or in progress) Valid class 5 drivers license Strong interpersonal and coaching capabilities Experience in incident response and documentation Build a safer operational environment while advancing Canlin Energy's HSE objectives in Alberta South. #J-18808-Ljbffr
