You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder someone who can design programs and bring them to life.Youll partner closely with leaders across the business to identify talent needs, build future pipelines, and create development pathways that support long-term growth.Job OverviewThe Sr. HR Talent Manager is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to meet the organizations workforce needs.
