This is a high output recruiting role for someone who is hungry, organized, coachable, and excited to help scale a winning field sales team. If you want to break into recruiting inside a fast moving business and play a direct role in building a national sales force, Vivazen is the place for you.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Sales Recruiter at Vivazen, you will focus on high volume hiring for Spartan Territory Sales Representatives across key markets. You will help drive the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening through scheduling, offer support, orientation, and onboarding.This is a high activity, high accountability role built for someone who thrives on pace and knows how to stay organized while moving fast. You will spend your day talking to candidates, keeping pipelines moving, coordinating interviews, and making sure great people do not slip through the cracks.You will not be doing this alone. You will be equipped with strong recruiting resources and support, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, AI agent support, warm leads, structured training, and clear process expectations. We are not looking for someone who has it all figured out on day one. We are looking for someone with the work ethic, urgency, and desire to learn.If you want a seat inside a growing company where your output matters and your work directly impacts revenue, this is your shot.WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAYOwn high volume recruiting activity focused on Spartan sales hiringConduct 10 to 12 recruiter screens per day with speed, energy, and qualitySource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, warm leads, and internal toolsPartner with hiring leaders to keep interview blocks full and pipelines movingSchedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and maintain a strong candidate experienceBuild clean, organized pipelines and keep ATS and notes fully up to dateSupport candidate packages, interview coordination, and hiring team follow throughHelp drive offer to start execution with urgency and precisionSupport orientation, onboarding, and launch readiness for new Spartan hiresTrack recruiting metrics and use funnel data to improve speed, quality, and conversionHelp ensure Spartans are hired on time and launched smoothly into training and the fieldWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLEAt Vivazen, we know great recruiters are built through repetition, coaching, standards, and output.
