Program Overview Information & Technology Services, Central Services As part of WoodGreen Central Services infrastructure, the Information Systems (IS) department provides data processing services to the agency through the effective utilization of existing and new information technology. IS implements and supports technologies and processes that increase service to staff/clients and enhance productivity. What You Will Do - Provide support on solution development and implementation which may involve creative thinking, design, testing, data analysis and reporting, and documentation within the following areas: IT System enhancement, SharePoint site development, business analytics (data analysis and reporting), innovative solutions to complex problems, and documentation. - Field business queries and requests relating to the existing SharePoint Online implementation. - Develop new SharePoint Online components, using Forms and Power automate, Power App, and Power BI. - Extend and maintain existing applications; ensure they continue functioning and expand them to meet business needs. - Integrate SharePoint applications into other Office 365 applications (Teams, Stream, Power BI etc.). - Create and update project documentation. - Gather requirements from a range of individuals with varying technical ability. - Create and update design and specification documents to finalize with the business. What You Bring to the Team - College or University Student in the field of Computer Science. - One (1) year of related work experience is considered an asset. - Certifications in Microsoft Desktop tools would be considered an asset. What Will Set You Apart - Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period. - Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment. - Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
