Join the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka as an Inclusion Counsellor in Parry Sound. Provide dedicated support for campers with additional needs, ensuring a fun and inclusive environment. This position requires working closely with campers from June 22 to September 4, 2026. You will assist in programming, offer one-on-one support, and promote inclusive practices. Ideal candidates will have experience with children, particularly those requiring additional assistance, and embody enthusiasm and patience. Key Responsibilities: Support campers with individual needs during activities Develop inclusion strategies for successful camping Provide excellent customer service to campers and families Manage safety and behavioral incidents effectively Complete necessary administrative paperwork and reports Requirements: Standard First Aid and CPR C certification Experience in behavior management with children Minimum age of 17 by December 31, 2026 Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sectors Screening Commitment to inclusion and community awareness Make a difference in the lives of children while growing your skills in an inclusive camp setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
