Position: Financial Planning Specialist Location: Red Deer, Alberta Employment Status: Permanent, Full-time, In-Person; must cover multiple locations in the Red Deer region. Posting Closes: May 12th, 4:00 p.m. What Youll Be Doing Deliver the full financial planning experience by implementing the CFPs six steps of financial planningincluding discovery, gathering data, analysis, presentation, implementation, and annual reviewsto existing members. Maintain uptodate industry knowledge and uphold accreditation and licensing requirements. Monitor and ensure personal and corporate goals are being met/exceededgrowth of book of business, revenue, asset gathering, retention, sales/renewals, insurance, member segmentation, and referrals. Support the teams sales plan focused on retaining and attracting highnetworth members, developing internal referral sources, centers of influence, and profitability. Build a membercentric financial planning practice and develop a network of Servus partners. Take necessary action on issues or concerns arising from daily trade reviews and audits. What You Bring Minimum of 5 years experience in the wealth industry, including securities and compliance. Thorough knowledge of financial planning products, policies, procedures, and operations. Postsecondary diploma/degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Education and Training Postsecondary diploma/degree or equivalent. Financial Planning designation (CFP).
