Drive cancer research forward with TRIO as the Oncology Medical Monitoring Unit Leader, overseeing clinical trial integrity and management in a dynamic remote or hybrid setting. TRIO, a global leader in oncological clinical research, seeks an experienced Medical Monitor to lead its unit. The ideal candidate will possess deep oncology expertise, managerial skills, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments. This role involves managing multiple oncology trials from Phase I to III, ensuring medical integrity and operational excellence across the board. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Medical Monitoring Unit, overseeing several Medical Monitors Ensure high-quality medical monitoring across trials from Phase I to III Provide guidance on protocol interpretation and safety events Act as the medical point of contact for sponsors and investigators Manage resource allocation across complex study portfolios Requirements: Medical Doctor (MD) required; oncology specialization preferred 810+ years of clinical research experience Proven experience as a Medical Monitor in oncology Strong people management and leadership background Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Lead the future of oncology trials with expert knowledge, management skills, and strategic oversight. #J-18808-Ljbffr
