Job Type: Permanent Full Time Salary: $24.50 per hour About The Opportunity McDougall Energy is looking for a high energy, resultsfocused individual to fill the position of Fuel Reconciliation Clerk . Reporting to the Integration & CI Team Manager, the fuel reconciliation clerk will reconcile the companys fuel inventory records to the deliveries loaded at the major fuel supplier(s), ensuring accuracy of the companys fuel purchases and sales and that supplier invoicing is correct and in accordance with service contract terms. Responsibilities Reconcile fuel supplier invoices against company policies Identify supply, pricing, and other discrepancies and communicate with various internal departments and external partners for resolution Manage vendor payment schedules and clear invoice payments within the ERP system Qualifications College diploma in accounting or related area Minimum two (2) years of experience in processing and reconciling data in a computerized environment Strong accuracy and attention to detail, able to manage large volumes of data Strong organization and prioritization skills; committed to deadlines Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain successful crossfunctional working relationships Computer proficiency and demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet applications; ERP experience an asset Demonstrated success in living the values of McDougall Energy Strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality in the workplace What We Offer We offer career growth and development through onthejob training, professional courses, and peer learning in a friendly and inclusive work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally.
