As a full-time, temporary Risk and Safety Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Quality and Risk to enhance safety protocols and improve patient outcomes. Your experience in patient safety initiatives will guide you in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will use tools like Root Cause Analysis to mitigate risks and drive quality improvements.
