Position Summary Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring highquality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What youll do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality, i.e. no damaged products and freshest product selection. Correctly document and label all orders through the interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, supporting issues to resolution. Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, immediately cleaning up all spills and debris, ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing, operating material handling equipment safely, completing all safety preinspection checks before use, and exhibiting behaviors that support the organizations mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.90.
