What Youll Do Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensures that products picked are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest product selection). Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and support issues to resolution. Adheres to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, promptly cleaning spills and debris, ensuring totes are clean, and operating materialhandling equipment safely with preinspection checks completed. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrates flexibility in adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.
