Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations (PTUS) FCC Canada, in a 50/50 joint venture with Webuild Civil Works Inc., will deliver the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations section of the Ontario Line. This includes the design, construction, supply, and operation of three kilometres of twin tunnels underneath Pape Avenue between the Gerrard tunnel portal and the Don Valley bridge, two underground stations (Pape and Cosburn), two tunnel portals, three emergency exit buildings, and a rail switch/crossover near Sammon Avenue. The Pape Station connection will interface with the Toronto Transit Commission Line2 subway and related works. The project uses a Progressive DesignBuild (PDB) model, allowing greater collaboration between the project owner and contractor. Position Summary The Project Coordinator (Project Reporting Analyst) is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting project performance data to support decisionmaking on largescale infrastructure projects. This role plays a key part in consolidating monthly client reports, developing dashboards, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow across all departments involved in the projectparticularly in transit and undergroundstation construction environments. The Project Coordinator (Project Reporting Analyst) will report to: Project Control Lead. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Project Controls Lead to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project goals. Execute layout tasks with precision, efficiency, and accuracy, maintaining a high standard of quality. Collect, verify, and consolidate weekly, daily, and monthly input from all project departments (Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Procurement, Quality, Safety, Schedule). Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, schedule performance, risks, change events, and deliverables. Extract, analyze, and interpret data from systems across the project ensuring information accuracy, alignment with contract requirements, and consistency across teams. Prepare the full weekly and monthly report, including narrative sections on progress, critical issues, risks, mitigations, and plans for the upcoming month. Identify data inconsistencies, trends, and deviations; collaborate with departments to address reporting gaps and implement corrective actions. Support all meetings that project control lead requires, by preparing agendas, compiling changerequest forms, logging changes, and distributing minutes. Ensure timely incorporation of client comments and revisions from previous reporting cycles. Support contractrelated analysis by understanding key contractual obligations, deliverables, cost and schedule milestones. Maintain transparent, wellstructured reporting processes aligned with project governance requirements. Quantify all aspects of the project, including progress and key metrics. If required data is missing or cannot be measured directly, actively gather it from the appropriate departments. Education and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. 15 years of construction experience; multidisciplinary, largescale projects would be an asset. Job Requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in generating detailed reports and creating dynamic dashboards using various tools, including but not limited to PowerBI. Demonstrated ability to interpret detailed information and translate it into wellstructured charts, tables, and visual summaries that support clear communication and datadriven decisions. Experience in project management, project engineering, and project planning, encompassing the meticulous handling of scope, schedule, cost and quality aspects. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills. Experience supporting large infrastructure, transit, or tunneling projects is an asset. Strong communication skills and managing good relationships with different stakeholders.
