Empower seniors at Sunrise Senior Living as a Care Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia. Ensure quality care and foster meaningful relationships with residents and families in a supportive environment. The Care Manager role involves providing exceptional care for residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will work closely with residents, develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and monitor resident conditions. Flexibility and compassion are essential as you encourage residents to maintain independence while providing emotional support.
