Join Children and Family Services as a Program Specialist, travelling throughout Alberta to enhance quality practice in Delegated First Nations Agencies. Your expertise will drive process improvements and support agency staff every day. As a full-time Program Specialist, you''ll provide vital technical and program support across Alberta''s DFNAs and Children and Family Services Regions. You''ll deliver training, mentor staff during work plan implementations, and engage with First Nations committees. Your role will strengthen partnerships while addressing challenges within agency operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide program support to DFNAs and Regions Facilitate essential training for agency staff Assist in implementing work plans with consultations Participate in orientation and ad hoc meetings Liaise on policy and standards with ISC and agencies Requirements: Bachelor or Master of Social Work required 2 years related experience or equivalent Understanding of child intervention policies Knowledge of First Nation childrens legislation Valid driver''s license and insurance required Enhance child welfare services and collaboration with Indigenous communities by taking on this essential role in Alberta. #J-18808-Ljbffr
