As a Dental Concierge, youre more than a front desk team memberyoure the face of the clinic. You set the tone, build trust, and ensure every patient feels genuinely cared for throughout their visit. What Youll Be Doing Your day will be dynamic, but your impact will be consistent: Be the first point of contactwelcoming patients in person, over the phone, and via email Coordinate and optimize schedules, including filling lastminute openings Manage patient inquiries, referrals, and communication with external offices Clearly explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options Process billing for patients and insurance while maintaining accurate records Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable Maintain and update patient records in the electronic system Support the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations Who You Are You dont need to come from a dental backgroundbut you should love working with people and staying organized: Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or customer service Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an asset Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills with a patientfirst mindset Friendly, calm, and professional in all interactions Comfortable in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment Experience with dental software (ClearDent, Dentrix, AbelDent) is an asset IPAC certification is a bonus, not required What Makes Anytime Dental Different?
