Overview FIJI Water is seeking a Sales Representative to lead and execute market, channel, and account activities in the Toronto West territory (Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington). The role focuses on independently owning accounts through merchandising, relationship development, and driving distribution and sales growth in the field. Responsibilities Maintain the assigned territory to build retail relationships and drive long-term account growth Expand FIJI Water space/presence by merchandising, moving displays, and placing products to optimize shelf location in stores Rotate and stock all company authorized products on every store call Maintain schematic integrity and re-merchandising projects, including grand openings or remodels as requested by retailers Develop and maintain relationships with retailer store/field operations personnel to facilitate account penetration and maximize sales, execution, and promotions Sell/up-sell and monitor retail distribution of headquarter-authorized products for stores in the territory as needed Execute and monitor company-driven marketing initiatives and programs for all stores in the territory Provide daily or requested chain-specific information to supervisor Influence in-store decision-making to secure placement, displays, and incremental opportunities Utilize basic business math (margins, shrink, % sales lift) to support recommendations and drive results Qualifications Prior sales and merchandising experience with beverage and/or grocery products preferred Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams Ability to sell conceptual products and programs and influence decision-makers at all levels Ability to overcome challenges within accounts and build long-term partnerships Clean driving record; background check will be conducted Ability to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions; physical role requiring active movement Customer service mindset to ensure quality sales support Proactive problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organization in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with ability to work independently while following company guidelines High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and time management Ability to commute within territory and travel as needed for sales activities Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Additional Information Wellness benefits: medical coverage, vision and dental plans, and a 401k with company match, plus: 24/7 online physician consultations, virtual mental health resources, life coaching, employee communities, fitness-related rewards, and on-demand fitness videos Career advancement opportunities across our family of brands and business units Learning and development resources: leadership training, webinars, and eLearning Mentorship program to support goal setting and career growth Continuous improvement training to drive positive change in the workplace Corporate social responsibility and community investment information; learn more at csr.wonderful.com Equality Opportunity Employer.
