Join Scarborough Health Network as a Registered Dietitian providing nutrition care for inpatients in an acute care setting. As a crucial member of our interdisciplinary team, you will report to the Manager of Nutrition and engage in quality nutrition care at the Centenary Site. With 1-2 years of recent experience in acute care, you''ll deliver education and counseling while participating in program planning and evaluation across multifaceted healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings to assess patients nutritional needs Provide education and counseling to patients and families Document client care and quality assurance activities Collaborate with the healthcare team during client rounds Contribute to quality initiatives and program development Requirements: Member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario 1-2 years recent dietitian experience in acute care Knowledge of clinical nutrition guidelines Exceptional communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team Utilize your nutrition expertise to foster patient-centered care at Scarborough Health Network. #J-18808-Ljbffr
