Manager Resident Experience York Property Management seeks a Manager of Resident Experience (MRE) in Sarnia, ON. The role reports to the Community Manager and is responsible for daytoday customer service, cleaning, maintenance, and resident relations for over 4,000 apartment suites in Southwestern Ontario. Responsibilities Renting Units: Respond promptly to resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Schedule and attend appointments to show units and advise current residents of Notice to Enter. Meet new residents to provide keys, Welcome Packages, and answer unit/building questions. MoveOut and Unit Turnover: Submit Notices to Vacate, deliver moveout instructions, schedule and conduct preliminary and final move inspections, document maintenance needs and communicate with the Turnover Maintenance Coordinator. Resident Experience: Handle resident matters professionally, maintain detailed records in propertymanagement software, and upload documents and pictures on time. General Management of Property: Ensure lobbies and common areas are thoroughly cleaned; maintain exterior landscaping, water plants, and remove garbage. Clean empty units to prepare them for occupancy. Qualifications Excellent customer service and public interaction skills. Ability to learn and use new technology, including propertymanagement software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act. Effective verbal and listening communication skills. Timemanagement skills. Benefits Competitive salary: $43,000$45,000 annually. Permanent, fulltime position with onsite work.
