Role Description We are a growing corporation looking for the right person to help us scale from the ground up. As a Business Development Coordinator, you wont just be an employee; youll be a ''Swiss Army Knife'' for the business, handling everything from customer engagement and sales to the occasional handson work of fabrication support and shipping. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Customer Success: Manage leads, handle incoming inquiries, and build relationships with our early customers to drive growth. Handson Fabrication: Occasionally assist in the light assembly or fabrication of our products, ensuring high quality before they go out the door. (Training provided) Logistics & Fulfillment: Own the ''shipping and receiving'' processthis includes managing inventory, packing orders, and coordinating with carriers. Process Improvement: Since we are small, you will help design the workflows for how we sell, build, and ship as we grow.
